Quality Policy
We are certified in the majority of our hotels and apartments according to the sustainability requirements of the BIOSPHERE Responsible Tourism Institute. In addition, we adhere to internal quality standards and comply with current legal regulations. We prioritize safety as a fundamental principle in our establishments, through thorough controls in food safety processes, Legionella and swimming pool self-control plans, and occupational risk prevention plans, among others. Transparency is part of our philosophy, which is why our communication channels, both for internal and external clients, are accessible. Thanks to each and every contribution, we are able to consolidate and improve our clients’ experience.
