HOW DOES IT WORK?
• Upon the arrival at the hotel you will receive a wristband.
• There is a deposit per wristband (5 € for 3 *** / 10 € for 4 ****), and it will be returned to you on the last day at the stipulated time.
• This document is a receipt and should be handed in together with your wristband for the refund of the deposit.
• The wristband is personal and non-transferable, and you may not invite others to drink with your wristband.
• We kindly ask you to show the wristband when asking for a service.
• When ordering, no more than one drink per person is allowed or accumulation of drinks.
• Help us keeping the hotel organized and clean; please do not leave your glasses all over the place.
• Due to hygiene and health regulations, food and drinks can only be consumed in the areas where they are served and cannot be taken to other areas.
• According to the Spanish Legislation, alcohol will not be served to guests under 18 years old.
• The incorrect use will result in the immediate cancellation of the services without any refund.
• The hotel reserves the right to deny serving alcoholic beverages to guests who show signs of intoxication.
